We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service:

  • IP address and browser/device type

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:

  • Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and storage. Your data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data. We share your email address and subscription details with Stripe. Stripe Privacy Policy

3.2 Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose mobile information only to service providers, including Twilio, when necessary to deliver and manage messages on our behalf, or when disclosure is required by law. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for Logiq FM and its customers.

If you consent to operational text messages, message frequency varies based on active loads and dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from contacting you through other lawful channels when necessary to provide contracted services.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or government request), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Logiq FM, our customers, or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your data.

3.5 Aggregated Data

We may share aggregated, anonymized statistical data that does not identify any individual or organization (for example, "the average load rate this quarter across the platform") for industry research or marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and operational data for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days after account termination, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at booking@logiqfm.com. Billing records and transaction logs may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.

GPS location data is retained in real-time only for live map display and is not archived beyond the current session unless explicitly included in a load record.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest (via Supabase)
  • Row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring each organization can only access its own data
  • Hashed password storage — we never store plaintext passwords
  • API key encryption for third-party integration credentials
  • Access controls limiting employee access to customer data on a need-to-know basis

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Driver and Third-Party Individual Data

The Service allows you to store personal information about your drivers (names, phone numbers, CDL numbers, etc.). You are the data controller for this information. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from drivers and other individuals whose data you enter into the Service, and for complying with applicable privacy laws governing that data, including state consumer privacy laws.

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Portability — Export your operational data at any time using the Service's built-in export features
  • Opt-out — Opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us at booking@logiqfm.com.
